About Air Fryers
Air fryers cook foods without oil, making it substantially healthier, and less messy to eat. (But it's messier to clean as much of the fats are melted and accumulated into the pan!)
How it Works
Though it's named air 'fryer', they are more like small convection ovens with heating elements. The main difference in that they have a fan and a meshed basket that circulates superheated air to cook foods from all surfaces quickly. It's named air fryer mainly because the types of food it is most suited to cook efficiently are foods that we often fry or deep fry.
